GST is applicable to New Zealand based businesses. There is an account setup fee of $499 + GST for all new Facebook Ad clients.

Frequently asked questions

  • After we discuss your goals and your current situation you decide whether you'd like us to send through our proposal.

    We include all of our assumptions and exclusions in our proposal - this means that if something crucial like your Pixel or Domain Verification is missing, then we can flag any work required prior to kick off.

    When you’ve signed your proposal we will flick you an invoice that includes the setup fee & your first month.

    We ask you to complete a brief that includes all the relevant information for your business including your account details, monthly budget, competitor information & any imagery for advertising.

    If everything is good to go we should be able to jump into your accounts and get cracking.

    At the end of your first full calendar month we’ll send you a report detailing your campaign performance.

    We expect you to tell us of any upcoming campaigns, stock issues or promotions so we can adapt our campaigns with plenty of time to spare.

    Otherwise we are pretty quiet folks who will only be in touch if something needs actioning. But you can book additional time whenever you like as a priority client.

  • We don't make you commit to a minimum term contract so our setup and strategy time is laid out transparently in our one-off setup fee.

  • Once clients begin to work with us they often want to know more about their wider marketing performance - what else is working/not working and how do their other marketing actions compare to what is being achieved via digital ads.

    This is included in our Ecommerce Facebook or Google Ads packages, but can be added to any package - we’ll let you know if the questions you’re asking us each month fall into Marketing Performance Analysis and you can decide whether you want more reporting & guidance each month - and a more holistic view of your marketing efforts.

  • Yes - many of our clients don’t require monthly approvals but some do and we are happy to oblige! We ask that you provide us with monthly campaign plans and keep us informed of your promotional activity in a timely manner so we can get the best out of your investment each month.

  • No - we use your imagery & product catalogue feeds. The more creative options we have the better, and as video performs so well on Facebook & Instagram we always recommend having a few short form video options for us to work with (but it’s not a deal breaker!)

  • We can never guarantee a return on investment on any campaign as there are too many variables at play. But we will always let you know what the data is telling us and come up with a plan.

  • Sometimes! It will take 1-2 hours to figure out what is going on and talk to Meta about your account. However if you have been violating ad policies we may not be able to get your account back. We are happy to try and our hit rate is pretty good…but it can be complex and out of our hands.

  • Probably! We're a Meta Marketing Partner and have an assigned account manager who helps us with client issues.
